Our Initiatives
Shelter & Hope
Across Gaza, thousands of displaced families are living without adequate shelter, in the open, in damaged structures, or crowded into spaces never meant to hold so many people. A safe place to sleep is one of the most basic needs, and for many families, it remains out of reach.
Through this initiative, we provide displaced families with emergency tents, giving them a space of their own and basic protection from the elements. Assistance is delivered by teams on the ground who identify the most vulnerable families, document support, and track all expenses to ensure transparency and accountability.
Every contribution helps a family move from the open ground into a space of their own with some privacy.
Back-to-School
School as children in Gaza knew it isn’t running. Kids are learning in tents and small education centers set up inside the camps — and most don’t have a bag to carry their things in, or even a notebook to write in.
Through this initiative, our team on the ground delivers complete school kits directly to children: a backpack, notebooks, pencils, a lunchbox, and a water bottle. Just $40 covers a full kit for one child — $80 equips two children, and $200 sends five kids to class with everything they need.
For a child who has lost almost everything, a new backpack can be the first ordinary thing they’ve had in a long time — something to be excited about, something that feels like the school year is beginning the way it should.
Pizza Day
Once a week, at the end of the school week, we bring pizza to a school in Gaza. Children learning in tents and makeshift classrooms each get a hot pizza of their own — and for a little while, they get to just be kids again.
It costs only $5 to give one child a Pizza Day. For $20 a month you can cover one child every single week, and larger monthly gifts feed 5 or 10 children at a time.
You can give once, or set up a monthly gift so the pizzas keep arriving week after week.
